Stuart and Labour campaigners collecting signatures to save Newlands Hall The Conservative Council has announced plans to close down the Newlands Hall, after years of neglecting and running it down.

Newlands Hall is the main community centre on the Putney Vale estate in Roehampton, just behind the ASDA supermarket - arguably the most isolated community in the whole borough.
